Ideal Mentor Qualifications • You have real business experience and expertise to share and have the time to do so. Can dedicate 15-20 hours/month to working with Silicon Mountain clients. • Your comfortable with email and willing to use your Silicon Mountain.com e-mail when conducting Silicon Mountain business. • You’re not afraid to learn and use new software and applications. • You may be retired from a full-time career or working part-time or full-time in the business world • You’re a good listener, kind, patient and empathetic. • You’re interested in lifelong learning and keeping business skills “sharp”. • You’re intellectually engaged, active and self-motivated.
