The Proposed Model Involves:
- Working with the different stakeholders to design and implement training programmes for our clients
- Attracting venture capitalist and other private capital investors
- Collaborating with local financial institutions to obtain buy-in and sponsorship
- Selecting clients for incubation
- Selecting high growth potential clients for acceleration
